RESERVATIONS
Please refer to the 'Contact Us' section and either email or phone us to make your reservatons. Be sure to include the dates you would like to reserve the lake cottage at Cold Creek Ranch. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Remember, you can check our Availability Calendar to see when the cottage is available.
RATES
Sunday through Thursday: $109 per night
Friday and Saturday: $149 per night
Weekly: $749 (7 nights)
Rates are based on a maximum of 4 people.
Check-In/Check-Out Time: Check-in is 3 p.m. and Check-out is 1 p.m.
Guided Horseback Ride: 1/2 Day, $99 per person (2 person minimum)
Payment Options: We accept MasterCard and Visa. Checks are accepted only if received 14 days prior to reservation date. You must have a valid Visa or MasterCard charge account to make a reservation.
We also accept payment the 'Cowboy Way' . . . Cash gets you a 10% Discount.
Must be 21 years old or older to rent the lake cottage.
Refunds: Refunds are made if cancellation notice is given no less than 14 days prior to rental date.
Regulations: Four person maximum. Dogs are allowed, but must be house-broken. The lake cottage borders the wilderness. Dogs have been lost to coyotes, so, for your dog's safety, it must be leashed when outside and crated when left alone in the lake cottage.
No smoking in the lake cottage, please!
Other Information: Cold Creek Ranch cottage is available all year long. However, horseback rides are not available during shotgun deer season (a few days in November and December) or during inclement weather.
